This webpage lists all of the EHS training by program area. They can be searched using a specific term or filtered by program. Click on the course name to open the description. The narratives explain who needs to take the training, if it is required or recommended, If it is a one-time training or needs to be taken more than once, the format of the training, and provides a link to the training and program webpage.

Process Safety Management
Process Safety Management Function Specific Responsibilities
This course is a one-time required training for employees that are working on or could impact the equipment covered under the University’s Process Safety Management (PSM) program. This instructor-led training involves reviewing the PSM program Elements (e.g., Management of Change, Maintenance Systems, etc.) an employee may impact based on their job responsibilities.
Process Safety Management Overview
This course is a one-time required training for employees that are involved with a Process Safety Management (PSM) covered process as defined by the University. This instructor-led training involves an overview of PSM program requirements and potential activities that would necessitate additional training.
Process Safety Management Overview and Site-Specific Emergency Action Plan Review
This course is an annual training requirement for employees who work on or around Process Safety Management (PSM) covered process equipment. This instructor-led training involves an overview of PSM program, key elements, and site-specific employee responsibilities.
Process Safety Management – Contractor Responsibilities
This course is an annual training requirement for Process Safety Management (PSM) qualified contractor work crews performing work on or around covered process equipment. This instructor-led training involves a review of site-specific contractor responsibilities and Emergency Action Plan requirements prior to working on or around PSM covered process equipment.
